Started the day off right. Got up around 7:30 to feed all my fur babies. Then threw on my workout clothes and turned on the newest workout program by BeachBody, 22 Minute Hard Corps. Tried Resistance 1 today and can I say that so far I am loving this new program. Which really makes me happy because for some reason I just couldn't fall in love with The Master's Hammer and Chisel. I'm going to wait till the summer and give it another go and then give a clearer assessment of why I did or didn't "like" the Master's Hammer and Chisel. It could be that sometimes I avoid things that I find difficult and can I say that I found that workout program difficult!! The fun thing about doing 22 Minute Hard Corps is that a few coaches and I will be running our own test group starting on the 24th. I'm really excited to see the results that we all get.
Then I was off to ride Miss Bella. She and I are in a little bit of a sticky patch with our dressage but I know with consistency that it will get better. I'm hoping to get her out for Third Level this coming show season but we may not be quite ready and I'm ok with that. We'll continue to work hard over the spring and summer and see how things go.
Now I'm eating a quick healthy lunch of spaghetti squash with grass feed meat sauce. Yummy and for a little treat. Rolled oats with a scoop of chocolate Shakeology and half a banana. That's a pretty yummy lunch! Then it's off to work my late night at the Spa. I love seeing my clients so its never a problem working late!
