Wow I can't believe that we have already done 4 weeks of the 22 Minute Hard Corp program. Half way through and the results are starting to show. Super excited to share with you guys. First lets go over my PT results.
Push-ups 1 minute Week 1 -25
Week 4- 41
Squat Thrust 1 minute Week 1- 26

Pull-ups non-stop Week 1- 5

Jumping Jacks 1 Minute Week 1- 75

I would say that there is improvement! Okay now on to the weight and measurements. Like I've said in some of my previous post my eating hasn't been 100% great, more like 60% good and 30% okay and 10% not so good. But even with not being completely on par with my eating I still saw some good results. Starting weight was 152 after 4 weeks 148. I'll take it. And I've lost a little over 4 inches over all. Yay! While I didn't feel like I was seeing a ton of results at first it really is starting to make a difference. Four more weeks to go to finish the program and I can't wait to see where I end up!
