I'm getting back on my salad kick. I think it's because the weather is getting warmer and I don't mind eating lighter again. I tend to crave much heavier, denser foods in the winter. So summer lean down hopefully will be a little easier as the weather warms up. Say Hello to Delicious Salads.
So I have a few different types of lettuce in there but not super dark greens. I'll slowly transition to them but right now I'm enjoying some good ole romaine and iceburg and maybe some other lighter greens. Each salad has some turkey breast, one egg, half avocado, chickpeas, feta cheese, and tomatoes. I think they are quite good!
