It's a Dirty 30 kinda Day!

Since I'm not starting the 22 Minute Hard Corp program till the 14th I thought I'd mix some things up this week.  So today I wanted a bit of Autumn Calabrese in my life.  One of my favorite workouts in the 21 Day Fix is Dirty 30.  I know some people struggle with this one but for some odd reason I just absolutely love it.  I get a really good sweat going and I feel my body burning calories what more could you ask for in a great workout?!

Three great moves give them a try with some light to medium weights!
