Resistance 2

Still loving the 22 Minute Hard Corp.  Can not wait for my test group to get started on the 14th of March.  Today I tried Resistance 2. I was a little fatigued from have a lesson on Bella but still pushed play and got through the workout.  I keep telling myself on the days I may not want to work out... Kelly it is only 22 minutes you can and will do this.


Burpees with an overhead press 10lbs each.
